Terms and Conditions

1. All the products (except ready stock) are preorder (normally will open for 7 days). Pre order closing date on every Monday. Customer need to order and make full payment within the preorder period. Full payment need to be make/cleared/received latest by 12pm Monday.

  

2.  Product Picture - All the products' pictures and measurements on our website are provided by supplier and only for buyers reference and should not use as a standard to justify the real item that shipped to buyers. 

3. Color may vary due to different collaboration of desktop/laptop settings. 

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable

a) Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag, buckles)

b) Transparent slightly.

c) Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.

d) Accidentally scissors cut while opening your parcel. ( Please be careful when you open your parcel )

e) All kinds of minor defects which can be corrected easily.

f) Item(s) too loose/ tight.

g) Color not as the pictures shown.

5.Returnable/Exchangable in below conditions:-

a) Stain which cannot be remove.

b) Obvious color different. 

c) Wrong Item, Wrong Color and Wrong Size.

  

6. Goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable.

7. Most of the swimwear is entitled for free delivery.

  

8. Order cannot be change after payment made. We will 100% refunds the money for out of stock items.

9. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
